i am 46 years old... i am 5'10"/235 lbs.... was working out for six months but have not for the last year...
joining club and getting trainer friday of this week after looking at all my options this week..
i would like some sort of "clean out" diet.... something that gets all the toxins out and drops 10 lbs first week....
anything like that out there???
